Building Excellence Since 1979 in KSA & UAE
Our story begins in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1979, as Al Reshadan Trading & Contracting — a contractor built on structural discipline, self-performed works and long-term client relationships that still define us today.
In 2015 the group expanded into the Emirates as AL MOTHABEROON / SEDCO Building Contracting, operating from Business Bay, Dubai and delivering across both markets under one engineering standard.
Today we field a workforce of over 300 professionals including 22+ engineers, and hold a classified Third Rank contracting status — allowing us to undertake high-value turnkey, structural and infrastructure packages with in-house capability.
